AROVILO Classified Pre-purchase Agreement

This agreement applies to buyers and sellers who publish, browse, contact, or pay through AROVILO Classifieds.

Platform Responsibility Statement

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, classified items and vehicles are posted, discussed, inspected, priced, paid for, and delivered by site users. PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle are direct user-to-user payments. AROVILO does not possess, inspect, or guarantee items and does not promise performance. Each party must verify identity, condition, payment details, and delivery and remains responsible as required by law.

Payment and account safety

Use only the seller’s listed PayPal, Venmo, Zelle details or AROVILO Balance. The platform never asks for a payment-account password. Verify the recipient, amount, item, and delivery before paying.

User confirmation

By checking the box, the user confirms they read this agreement, understand user-to-user transaction risks, and have authority to provide accurate, lawful information and complete the transaction.
